1316 Estancia Real Road in the Picacho Mountain Subdivision.  This home was built for Douglas T. Martin, a  local artist.  The best feature of this home and what does not reflect in the photos are the spectacular views.  It has views of Picacho Peak, the Dona Ana Range, and of course, our majestic Organ Mountains.  At night, the twinkling city lights of Las Cruces.

All the cabinetry was hand made by our own Greg Duff.  The kitchen has a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a viking range.

The ceiling has an R 50 rating and the walls where we use double wall construction has an R rating of 65. The plumbing is a manabloc system with a tankless Rinnai water heater.  The home is also equipped with surround sound, a security system, and an outdoor kitchen.
This home was featured in the Summer Issue 2009  of Ventanas Magazine and the Las Cruces Bulletin.
